Rose and Thistle Installation
9th April 2014

George Frances Fletcher was installed as the new Master of Rose and Thistle Mark Lodge No 158 at Pemberton Masonic Hall. George is a hardworking Mason and richly deserves this appointment. He is the treasurer of Pemberton Masonic Club Management Committee and was partly responsible for the production of the development plan for the Masonic Hall and can often be seen helping out in the bar along with other jobs he always seems to find to do.

He was installed by his predecessor W Bro. Matthew Frayne and the ceremony was overseen by DC Alan Lloyd. Alan was not well on the occasion but steadily persevered throughout the evening, ably assisted by W Bro. Alec Humphreys as his assistant, to bring a positive conclusion to the proceedings.
